Bring on Volumes 3 & 4!

This is a great little EP to tie us diehard fans over before the next two volumes. "Come All You Weary" is a great folkish song that is reminisint of Dustin's solo album, and is also most likely a preview of what the Earth album will have to offer. "The Whaler" is a cool acoustic take on the song, and the Dilliger Remix is a little creepy (as if the original version wasn't dark enough) but very cool. The video is nice to have, and reminds me of the gliches in the matrix. I just wish it showed more of the band. So, all in all. For a short ep of B-sides. its great for what it's worth, and makes you want the next ablum.

Thrice...

If you are an old Thrice fan you know that much as changed over the years. I have been a Thrice fan for many years now and I am a little dissapointed that they don't make the same music as they used to. That being said, their music is nothing to ignore. The best way to describe their new style is a fusion of Pink Flyod's The Wall and Blaqk Audio. I hope Thrice still continues making great music, however they decide to create it.

Great EP from a great band.

"Come All You Weary" is a great folky-sounding song. "The Whaler" is great song acoustic and solidifies Thrice as a great band to hear live. The Digital Sea remix is a nice compliment to the original. And the video for Digital Sea is very interesting to say the least. And for only $3.00, it's a great deal.
