Nostalgic
I am a friend of Selim (guitarist and founder) and Sander (drummer and life long friend). Their music is a travel back in time to psychedelic metal/rock, but in all honesty they are a genre by itself...Farida has an amazing voice! This band has a good promise and will be a huge part in the ressurection of metal/rock.
Retro metal at its finest
This EP is amazing...It sounds like late 70's Heart mixed with prog rock with songs about the devil.

Hailing from the Dutch city of Eindhoven, where they were first conceived in 2006 by guitarist Selim Lemouchi, the Devil's Blood hark back to the earliest sightings of '70s heavy metal (Black Sabbath, Uriah Heep, Leaf Hound) and the darker side of '60s psychedelia and folk (Coven, Comus, Black Widow, the 13th Floor Elevators) for the inspiration behind both their music and ritual-like concerts — which usually see the bandmembers performing occult ceremonies drenched in blood!
