A songbird that could turn winter into spring
Sarah released her new album Come What May on her birthday, which thankfully this year landed on a Tuesday which is release day for music. What a pleasant birthday gift to her and a gift to us all! Maybe as a Boston guy I am biased, but Sarah is the one artist that is capable of turning this insanely cold and snowy January into spring for as long as you are listening to her sing and strum the songs in this collection (coincidence that May is in the title?) Masterfully engineered by Sean McLaughlin, Sarah's songbird voice and guitar fill the room with quirky and sweet stories. She was built to command a coffeehouse, corner pub, or outdoor venue with songwriting experience well beyond her years. I am not going to do a play by play of the songs. Just buy this album, sit back, relax and listen to her sing...you'll forget it's winter!
