If you're an Elvis fan, you're going to love this album. And if not, I think you'll still like it. First Rate presentation, I don't believe it could have been done better. Top Flight musicians and Top Flight production throughout. What's presented here is a true tribute to Elvis. She remains true to Elvis' style and presentation, but being a woman, her voice adds a freshness to the songs, without straying from the original arrangements. And as I said, the arrangements are great. Elvis, himself, would have approved, I feel. She also offers up some of the lesser known Elvis hits (which happen t be some of my favorites.) You never hear anyone do Edge of Reality, I've Lost You, or My Boy, but She does them here, and does them very well. If there's an Elvis fan on your Christmas list, you won't go wrong getting this. It's an album you'll keep wanting to play over and over!
