Very Nice Regional Album

I agree with the Monster. Anyone from Venezuela will truly enjoy this album. I liked Chinita de Maracaibo, and Luna Decembrina, which you do not find on very many albums. My favorite version of "Nino Lindo" appears on the Barquisimeto 4 album which is also available on iTunes. Ilan Chesters version of Nino Lindo is very good, but I like the 4 part harmonies featured on the Barquisimeto 4 album.

Una Navidad Criolla // A Venezuelan Christmas

I finally found this album. It's beautiful and has given my Christmas the Venezuelan taste that I treasure some much. These villancicos, parrandas and other rythms that enlivened my childhood Christmas have made my house warmer this year. I sincerely recommend it!

Nice Heart Felt Renditions

Nicely done album with Heart Felt Renditions of some great songs. Many "regional" songs, and Nice Acoustic work. If you are interested in a great version of Nino Lindo take a listen to the Nino Lindo version by Barquisimeto 4 on the Nino Lindo CD.
