One tough routine!

I'd bought this workout to get back in shape and - man - did I get more than I bargained for. Some of the moves are really tough - my abs were burning by the third exercise.

The video version has really helpful demonstrations, making the workout pretty easy to understand. Now that I've done the workout a few times, I could see myself using just the audio version on my headphones in the gym.

All in all, it's a great workout!

lame

My wife and I found this video second-rate, especially for the price. The instructor is annoying and the setting looks like it was filmed in his own home gym. More importantly, the exercises really do require a fair amount of gym equipment (various weight balls and light dumbells). The "alternative" workout (which he references throughout the video) without these items is much easier and, therefore, limits its effectiveness. Don't waste your money. This could be a decent video if you are just beginning to exercise again (or for the first time), but for the moderately-in-shape and the very fit individuals, don't waste your money.

Crazy Workout!

Man, this is one tough workout. The instructor does a great job of walking you through the moves. A+++ Workout Video!
