Zero-7's Great Advisary
Tina has a magnificent voice it just vibrates a sound that paralizes your thoughts....Her album radiates in that same charm especially Sacre Coeur my favorite track from this album. I wish she would think about doing electronic again like Sia. Zero-7 needs her back and so does the electronic cult of fushion jazz beats and radiant vocals. Great songwriter, great vocalist and a decent album...
Her Music Requires Something Of Us.
There are very few recording artists whose music I download without listening to individual tracks first. "Buy Album" is the only itunes choice there is for me each time Tina Dico releases new music. Without exception I know I will find multiple songs that will inspire, sooth, move or seduce me. "Cruel to the Sensitive Kind" is beyond words. "On The Run" even captured my 13 year old daughter's attention with its infectious rythm. Tina is first rate by any standard. I never miss her when she's in New York if I can help it. She is an artist for the contempletive...for those who feel deeply...who long for something heartfelt in there relationships. Her music requires something of us as we listen. Tina is obviously sharing her soul through her songs. Hard to believe this is fictional stuff. I love listening to her personal stories. This is an album that will take time to fully appreciate. That's what makes all of her music so special and wnderful to experience.
