This is more like Zakk.....
Parade of the Dead was a song that he would have wrote for Ozzy, miracle man-ish.....
This is more original, in a Black Label sense. The vocals on this track are as good as Parade of the Dead, the chorus is straight up wicked....
The bright spot is still his voice, it is more natural and at times I see shades of his younger vocal set.....
Another interesting note- These two singles have real fast paced, active riffs......like destruction overdrive, stoned and drunk, battering ram to name a few......Besdies the bridges on both songs, there doesn't seem to be slower paced groovy riffs.....Lyrics are pretty cool.
The drumming is really, really good on this. Whoever and wherever the heck Will Hunt came from....he really laid down some awesome drum tracks. Loud, clear and brutal.
Overall, these songs are fantastic the shred is great as usual and his tone still sounds amazing.....
Now I can't wait to hear his mellow works from Order of the Black.....
