I'm really enjoying this

I am not a music critic. I just know what I like. I heard One Last Drink listening to Cast On a knitting podcast and decided I needed to hear more. This album was well worth the purchse and I look forward to hearing more.

i first encountered this band when my dance school followed their show at Celtic Classic Festival in Bethlehem, PA. ETH had considerably more youthful energy than most of the other bands there. it's a treat to have somebody bringing the old traditions in with the new to create contemporary ones that YOUNG audiences can get into. it's a shame that some of the great old tunes are being lost along with the music traditions of Ireland, Scotland, Brittany and Wales. Bravo to ETH for renewing interest for celtic music in young audiences!

Live show made me want the album!

I saw these guys in Tallahassee, Florida...and first of all let me explain that this town lacks a lot of credible acts, so going out to see a show was a feat within itself, but seeing the energy that the (huge) crowd reflected onto the ETH guys, it was truly amazing. So after the show, I immediately bought the album, and "Soapbox Hereos" directly reflects the awesome live performance onto the recording. It was pretty sensationable. By still staying true to its Celtic roots, ETH makes even that individual who's only Irish on St. Patrick's Day wish they had some Irish ancestry.
