Wow!
A big shout out to Jest for putting together this masterpiece! I thought Dark City 1 was dope as hell but then after picking up part 2, I'm completely blown away! If you know what's up with the Atoms Fam - don't even hesitate and buy this album now! I've been bumping their music since "Centa of da Web" and can easily say these Dark City projects are my favorite from their catalog (been waiting for a Jest Solo since I first heard him on "Da Webs Minds" & "5 Lil Pumpkins" back in '96 - and let me tell you that it was definitely worth the wait). If you don't believe me, go to: hoverock.com and download the entire Dark City 1 album for free. If you're diggin that one, then be prepared for Part 2, because it's just as good, if not even better! Both projects are similar in style, being that all the songs are woven together like one long mix that takes you on a non-stop journey through the deep dark mind of Jestoneart Esquire (aka TheParadoxicalState). The beats are completely off the hook (picture classic hip-hop meets dub with a touch of drum & bass) - yo - where can we get the instrumentals to these projects??? The sickness!!!
