Album Review

A quick dump of Deadmau5's early work, the first At Play, like other volumes in the series, features 12"s released by the progressive house DJ himself along with a handful of remixes done for other artists. Later volumes would feature bigger names, but this time, Melleefresh and BSOD get the remix treatment, the latter represented by the significant prog house hit "This Is the Hook." Hardly the hard-hitting, well-funded sound of later years, but fans get to hear the Mau5 before the big blowup, while DJs get mixable versions of the tracks with no hard edits or fades to get in the way.

Tracklists is wrong

Great music, but the titles are all mismatched to the songs. I've Compiled a list of which track is which for those of us who already downloaded this: format is Incorrect Title= Correct Title (Song Length) Vanishing Point= Cocktail Queen (5:24) Sex Lies Audiotape= Faxin Berlin (8:47) Cocktail Queen= This is the Hook (5:57) Faxin Berlin= Turning Point (7:00) Hey Baby= Afterhours (6:07) Turning Point= Dr. Funkenstein (7:13) This is the Hook= Vanishing Point (6:59) 1981= Hey Baby (6:20) Dr. Funkenstein= Sex Lies Audiotape (5:53) Afterhours= 1981 (6:45) Hope that helps some of ya'll out. After a correct tracklist, its a great album. Gave it 3 cus of the screw up, would prob give a 4.5 if it were correct. tunes needs to fix this asap.

Great music but messed up posting by iTunes

Some awesome music here but don't buy this one until they fix it. Titles don't match the songs. Ex. Dr. Funkenstein is one of Deadmau5's best, gotta have it, but it actually shows up under Turning Point. Cocktail Queen shows up under Vanishing Point and so on .... Catch this guy in concert though ... he'll blow you away.
