She is a super-talented performer that writes, plays a mean "Flying V" and can blow the speakers right thru your car doors with her awesome voice!

I also recommend finding her "self-titled" release "Queen V." It is the greatest collection of female-lead rock music I've heard in decades! I don't see it here yet, but if nowhere else, you can find it on her website, queenv.com.
She is like Joan Jett, Heart, Robert Plant and lightning mixed with bourbon and stirred with a stick of dynamite.
She is a super-talent on the verge of super-stardom. Check this album out!
All of the songs rock, but my favorites are "Continental," "Revolution Baby," "Cry For A Minute," "One and Only (with Vernon Reid,) and "Wasted," (with Lemmy Kilmister.)
If you don't know "Queen V" yet, you are missing out! She is also totally solid "live," because this chick has got REAL chops! She was just out in L.A. but she does a lot of gigs in NYC, which is where she's from.
If you miss hearing real talent from a rock-n-roll goddess, then this is who you've been waiting for!

I've seen Queen V and her band numerous times at a monthly gig she does here in NYC at Don Hill's Rock Club. This girl all out ROCKS man, she can do it live too and she owns that sh*! on stage whether it's her original songs or doing some excellent cover versions of songs. Look at the guests she has on this album, friggin' Lemmy for God's sake, Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine, Vernon Reid from Living Colour; these are some serious guests throwing their talents onto this album with Miss V here...So I highly recommend checking out the songs and buying this and her self titled album also...Great rock songs, great ballads too. And like I said, they're even better live at a show. Good stuff, check it out, u won't be sorry...Take care
