MINIMALISM AND GENIUS
I first heard of these guys by internet search for "Sad" music. SADCORE I believe was the site name. Its been 5 years and Im still haunted by the track CUTTER, the rest of the album is as good, with some lulls that eventually redeem themselves.RECOMMENDED HIGHLY

Minimalist singer/songwriter Nathan Amundson began recording as Rivulets in 1999, when his self-titled debut was issued by Chair Kickers' Union, the Duluth, Minnesota label run by the veteran slowcore outfit Low. Often driven only by voice or quiet guitar, Rivulets was frighteningly gentle, yet genuinely powerful.
