Exemplary dreamy guitar rock from Finland
Delay Trees remain relatively unknown in the United States, which is a great shame as they are a fantastic band with a sound deeply evocative of Sigur Ros, Mew, Coldplay (yes, I said it... but I mean it in a good way, I promise) and "OK Computer" era radiohead. Excellent songwriting, soaring melodies, and just enough of a subtle weirdness to make the whole thing interesting. And they're from Helsinki! So +5 coolness points right there. I predict big things for this band - this is a superlatively good deubt album.

This album is great, a mellow sound that is a refreshing break from top-40 cacophony.
