some pretty great songs on here actually, I was admittedly let down by this initially because I was expecting something along the lines of the singers previous band Cellador, but it has grown on me and I actually love this band now. The only real reason I'm gonna take significant points away here is because of production value. The songs are awesome, but they sound like crap. Sorry, but they do. Since I only get 5 stars to choose from here, I am actually gonna give this a 4/5 because the songs are really awesome, but if this was a fair grading system based on percentages I'd give it a 79%. Removing a full 10 points for production is not something I'd normally do, but the production is so distracting that I don't listen to this nearly as much as I would have. So lets pretend for a second these songs were recorded in higher quality, that leaves them with an 89%. The band has some potential, and you can see their growth on the song Believe on the following release (but good luck tracking that down). The main things I'd like to see in a future release for this band is a reduction in metalcore styled screams (though not getting rid completely) and an increase in the use of the singers higher range which he really shows off in his old band Cellador.
