Love the CD, love them live!
I have NEVER seen three guys fill a room with sound the way The Shallows do. They are the real deal. From Johnny Houser's insane guitar skills to Nic Woods powerhouse drums, and Nick Isenhower's rich voice, The Shallows never fail to deliver. Their sound draws from a variety of influences, from country, southern rock and yes, even hip-hop, to create a sound that's fresh and compelling. Nick's voice shines on Long Time Comin, then rock out with Houser's guitar riffs on Colorado, and Pull the Trigger.
Southern Rock with a Twist of Blues
The tracks are great! I heard about these guys through a friend, so purchased the album and I was not disappointed! When the Devil Collects His Due, is a southern rock powerhouse that will tear the roof down. Pull the Trigger is a heartbreak anthem that keeps pounding away! Long Time Coming will make you believe in GOD! I look forward to more from this band! The music industry and the world need more bands like The Shallows!!!
