Pretty Good
For the most part, it's a excellent cd. He is a little off track from previous cd's. In the past you could listen to the cd from start to finish, there are a few on here you will skip over. In the end Avant is a very good artist, thus making this a very good purchase.

I've been in high anticipation of this album, "Director", and now it's finally here. It's truely amazing to see Avant's rise across the R&B world, and this album distinctly puts him up there with the R&B elite. Great album!
