Finally I can get that song out of my head!
After raising 6 kids and going to Disneyland a hundred times, I could never get that annoying "small world" song out of my head! Now Nikki Yanofsky has made a version I want to keep hearing over and over! Love the whole idea behind the album. I hope it helps to turn on younger people to JAZZ!
What a Wonderful Compilation!!!
Wonderful compilation of classic well-known Disney songs that have been reworked jazz-style. Dave Brubeck and his trio are stellar as usual. Esperanza Spalding's soulful version of Chim Chim Cher-ee is amazing. Don't hesitate to get it. And when listening to it, you will find out exactly why she walked away with that Grammy :o)!!!
Very Nice...
Joshua plays sooo cool! Nikki...what can i say about "Scatt!" good album.
