Do Fun Stuff (a Kids Record for Parents)
This album was put together as a charity effort to raise money for Smith Magenis Syndrome. 100% of the proceeds goes to a grant fund set up by PRISMS to make money available to Grad Students looking to make SMS their field of choice. The album consists of all original kids songs written and performed by the bands: Rabbit, Radical Face, RickoLus, Steve Foxbury, Scampi, Astronautalis, Cracker Jackson, and Davey Rocker. The names of the artists are in the process of being updated now. Until then it crushed me to know that they were not included these first few days of the release. These artists are my heroes for this, and I can't thank them enough for making such a great first record.
If My Kid's Life Were A Movie, This Would Be The Soundtrack
Love this album and love the fact that it doesn't make me want to shoot myself after a few repeats. Indie music for kids. I find myself humming these songs and it's a nice reprieve from Hickory Dickory Dock.
