Wish I Could Like This
What happened to the Rock n Roll band from the first album. And You Were A Crow absolutely rocked, while this sounds like Evanescence at times. The musicianship might be excellent but the songs don't rock, period. Very disappointed.
Excellent album!
I was very skeptical after reading a few early reviews by critics...but after having listened to the album myself--this thing will be on repeat for a few weeks to get it nestled into my mind. I really like "Holding On," a sad little acoustic ballad. All musicians are in top form--forget about the critic comments that this album is "too commercial" or that the guitarists have scaled back on the virtuousity of the first album; the musical direction here is more complex than "CROW". Enjoy and support a band that deserves it in a day when most don't. Cheers! Thanks Mob!

DOGS...the must have fall album
This has to be the best album I've heard from the rock genre in a while. While others take the super thrash or the slow melody, these artists have melded the two into something for everyone to listen to and enjoy. Aside from sounding like the White Stripes these guys hand out plenty of riffs that make it a worthwhile album to get. They have done a great job and for that I've given them a 5, but hopefully they know I want to give this album a 6 just to take it up a level.
