Excellent recording!
As an avid listener to the North Texas Wind Symphony I'm always eager to have new recordings by them. I had this along with Chronicles a few months before it was released on iTunes. Every song on this recording is superb. I have been to Mackey's website and I must say that this recording of Kingfishers catch fire mov't 2 is way better! The North Texas Wind Symphony always performs and records superbly. They are not perfect as thery are humans but they are damn close! If you love wind music you'll love this recording. They are only second in musicianship to the US Marine Band... and they are professional!

the recording here for kingfishers was not nearly as good as the one on mackeys website. im disappointed in north texas.
