Don't Let Your Feet Touch Ground (Tom Lord-Alge Mix) - Single

This marks the third version of this track that's been officially released. The first version was on a single, and it was excellent. The second version was a very slightly different mix with added bells, and it was on one of the group's EPs. It was good too. THIS version, though, shows that the right person mixing your tracks will make a TON of difference, and THIS new mix by Tom Lord-Alge is the best by far. The sound is richer, the clarity is greater, and the mix just pulls you in and makes you wish it went twice as long as it does. Originally available ONLY in Canada, this mix is now available in the U.S. and it was definitely worth the wait.

Tom Lord-Alge has a legendary catalog as producer and mix engineer. He's done Higher Love by Steve Winwood, Don't Shed A Tear by Paul Carrack, Valerie by Steve Winwood, If You Leave by OMD, and so many hundreds more songs you should know. Getting him to mix this track for them is a major accomplishment.

Now if only their website would indicate where their vinyl release from June can be purchased and what's on it....
