True Reggae. Great Music, Musicianship, Lyrics, Positive, Fun, Uplifting
Its been so long since I've come across a band that plays Reggae with Reggae Heart. Lots of positive vibes and wonderful music. Its not all Reggae but it is always true to whatever genre they're playing. This band should be much better known. Check out A LITTLE BIT CLOSER and BABY GIRL to hear what I'm talking about.
Del Playa Parties in 84-88 UCSB
I have had the opportunity to see this band go through so many machinations over the years, Mark T, Erik, Sheppi...Nick has always had this magical voice that at times reminds me of the power of Stevie Wonder with a cross of Anthony Kiedis built in. Since college, I've followed their music and have always found stories that paralleled my life at the time. Common Sense has prevailed through much adversity through the bond of the spirit and the music. These guys are one of the best live shows you can find and are uplifting to listen too. Don't Look Back is a great song for the early 40s, with Twisted Mind and Baby Girl as standouts.

Best $10 dollars I've ever spent. I grew up in WNY, moved to San Diego for 5 years and now I'm back in NY. I miss CA sooo bad and Common Sense always brings me back. There's nothing better ... love, love, LOOOVE this album.
