Steely Dan meets Tower of Power meets Jaco
This album is tight! Doug Ross is an excellent bass player, song writer, and teacher. The music is smooth and groovy and is good for setting the mood. Not only is the bass playing exquisite, the vocal melodies, the horn section, and the overall production is amazing. BUY IT!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPOINTED!!
