oh yeah
Yes these guys are the original group that made this song..How can ya not like it...matter of fact about four weeks( not exactly sure) after this song aired...well they got themselves on the cover of the Rolling Stone 8).
i like "cover of the rolling stone"
which everbody probably does. im nto sure if these guya are the original makers of the song tho. its got variety to it ;) even tho these guys are prolly old 0.o

Author of "Cover..." but I think original recording was Dr. Hook. SS wrote most of Hook's hits, e.g., Sylvia's Mother, Freakin' at the Freaker's Ball, etc. He also wrote "Boy Named Sue" made famous by that Cash fellow.
