Dave Samuels = Incredible
This guy is AMAZING!! Our high school had a concert with him tonight, and he's worked with up for the past three weeks a few times preparing for it. It was so exciting to be able to meet him and work with such a genious. We actually played a piece composed by him, and it was really great. I loved how human he was, friendly, funny, and just an all around nice guy. His stuff is incredible and his biography is amazing. Make sure you buy something of his. He's a legend and actually a really great teacher as well.

A talented vibraphonist and marimba player, Dave Samuels has gained his greatest fame for his many years with Spyro Gyra. He started on his first instrument, the drums, when he was six, but by the time he attended Boston University (from which he graduated with a psychology degree), he was studying mallet instruments.
