Soul Harmony
Ever get that feeling when you listen to a sound that it's in harmony with you? Bryan's ability to share his soul and write amazing music leaves me feeling like somebody gets me. I could listen to "Run" in just about any mood and feel like it fits. You will not be disappointed if you buy this album.
Polish This Gem
Lush. Mature. Playful. Addictive. Bryan has elevated his writing through the roof to make you wonder. The allegories are fresh; the metaphors cut to the bone, and his falsetto can either lift you up or slam you down in a moment's notice, and you're all too willing to oblige. The instrumentation segues seamlessly from organs, to keyboard, to slide guitar, to fuzz distortion - and FEELS RIGHT. This is not easy to do... If you buy this album - and you should - I guarantee you'll be singing "That's What You Should Do" from 'The Standard' in the shower for weeks on end... It's that good.
Great new album!
Bryan Free has a great unique sound. Got to go to the CD release party and he puts on a fun show. Love the use of keyboard, slide guitar and even an accordian.
