We stopped for lunch in the mall a few weeks back, and not long after we sat, music started playing somewhere in the mall. It didn't take long until the music had totally captured my attention. I told my fiance that I need to be excused for a minute so I could look onto the floor below us to see if there was an Orchestra there. There below me were 3 men and a woman setting on a small square stage, playing the most unusual instruments that I had ever seen, and their music was incredible! I ran back to tell my fiance that he needed to come see this. After looking over the balcony, we needed a closer look so we went to the show. The Dallas String Quartet. We were absolutely captured by their music and decided at that moment that we needed to have them play at our wedding. I am thrilled with our decision and have now downloaded their music to help with planning our music. I have listened to the entire album from beginning to end, several times, and it is just as I thought it would be, absolutely wonderful! Definitely worth the money!! Thanks, Ion and the rest of the Quartet for such wonderful music! I'm really looking forward to more music from you, and I cannot wait for my wedding to hear you live again.
WOW!!!
I enjoy listening to classical music but it has all been done and eventually it starts to sound the same... Then I heard the Dallas String Quartet and it blew me away! I also heard them on ESPN radio and their composition of the 'Bron Bron song'. They do so much with those few instruments. They're AMAZING! This cd has a little of everything. I just can't stop listening to it!!!
Great Album from DSQ!!!!!
I love this CD!!! I heard these guys live and couldn't believe how great they sounded. They were playing on electric instruments and I have never seen anything like that before. If you like the Vitamin String Quartet, you are going to love this album!!!
