Awesome
I don't care what genre of music you are into, you will love these guys. "Education" is a great album and their first album "Sea Sick Music" is just as good. Get these albums, you wont regret it. I've been to a bunch of their live performances as well and have met them, great down to earth guys with much talent and humility. If you ever get a chance to see 'em live, don't let it pass.
Education
At first I was a little hesitant to buy into these guys.. but after pulling the trigger and listening - I've been really surprised at how much I keep coming back to their songs on my playlist. Their beat and sound are solid - showing true innovations in their melodic rise and falls. Vocals are balanced and rhythms are quick and positive. Shark Speed shows a lot of promise and doesn't disappoint.
Legitimate melodic brilliance
I saw these guys a few weeks ago who opened up for Neon Trees. They completely fulfill the void that Hey Mercedes has left (may they rest in peace.) With a resonance sustained by deep melodies and fantastic tempos, these tunes'll get your feet tapping without you knowing it.
