great follow up
this ep is a great follow up to the bands debut album
the band managed again to bring a new vibe to arab contemporary music , and has succeeded in having a follow up to a great album.
Great EP
I got to know Mashrou' Leila during the period I was living in Beyrouth. Based on the little knowledge I have of Lebanese/Arabic Music, I can say they are simply the best at what they do. They not only use all the great legacy centuries of Arabic Music have left them, but also bring innovative elements to their songs in order to create great Alternative/Indie Rock directly from the streets of Beyrouth. "El Hal Romancy" is a very consistent and cohesive EP with great songs that not only connect with each other, but also connect with the public. They could not have made it better after their awesome first album.
Hint: my favorite song on the EP is "Imm El Jacket".
Amazing album
Finally a lebanese music that you could listen to. It's hard to categorize their music but it's amazing. Keep up the good work!!
