an unusual suspect.

For being a short compilation of b-sides left over from "Worship and Tribute", this EP holds three gems. Following in the footsteps of groups like Faith No More comes the jazzy flavor "The Number No Good Things Can Come", a droning and melodically superior piece that contrasts previous works with integrity. "Oxycodone" lays beat-style poetry over hipster grooves found in late night speak easy ensembles. The title track, "El Mark", is a Glassjaw brand catastrophe. Assailing melody, rythmic dynamics, and other aggressive characteristics from the masterwork these tracks were bastardized from are present in full force.

Where did they go?

Glassjaw is a ghost. I havent heard anything about them for a huge period of time. they like disapeared and then they're like "here, here's some awesome s***". it's great. El Mark is such a sick song. The other two are a bit poetic, infact extremely poetic, and way different than their style. but it's muchos good. buy it.
