Love This!

Dance version of Cure songs!! Awesome!! Good buy!

The best songs on here are on 100 Tears

If you enjoy these covers - Disintegration, Lullaby, Jumping Someone Else's Train or Sinking - get 100 Tears instead. It is a much more solid tribute album. Sinking in particular is so good, I think it tops The Cure's version and I've never felt that way about a Cure cover before. Disintegration is fantastic as well, but not better than the original.

Fun stuff but not all tracks are exclusive

Electro-industrial tributes to The Cure are hardly rare these days, but they're solid fun for those who want hard & dark dance versions of Cure songs... and who shouldn't really. There are a number of good tracks here and favorites will differ depnding on taste for certain... purists might hate everything but this isn't for purists clearly. I've always loved Leaether Strip's version of "Lullaby" but you can also find it on another Goth tribute to The Cure "100 Tears", as you can The Shroud's "Sinking, which is fantastic as well. Apoptygma Berzerk's "A Strange Day" isn't as good as you'd expect and it also is available elsewhere, but it's pretty solid. Blank & Jones version of "A Forest" was a club hit already and isn't new material here. Inertia cranks up the hard techno on "Hot Hot Hot!!!" just as you'd expect from them. Bellatronica's version of "The Walk" is excellent if you like that retro feel. In general, lots of good tracks if you like both Cure and inustrial but many are available from other sources.
