BREATHE ELECTRIC FO LIFE.
this album is amazing. here's the breakdown... 1. Emotion - 10/10 - The first single, this is quite the party song and if you like Don't Trust Me - 30h!3 I'm pretty sure that you will like this. It's an amazing track. 2. What Would You Say? (feat. Tom Higgenson) - 10/10 - The second track to be released, Breathe Electric partners up with Tom Higgenson, the lead singer of the Plain White T's. They create an amazing track, completely different from the first. 3. The Best of All - 9/10 - Not so electric. Good song, but a bit slower, which is alright. 4. Let Go - 9.5/10 - A little more electric than emotion and much more that what would you say. Crazy song. 5. The Average - 9/10 - This was a track off of his previous EP which he put a new spin on for this album. I mean the songs good but I'm not sure that the new version is that much better than the original... 6. The Endless Fight - 8.9/10 - Definitely not so electric either. It's an alright song but nothing too revolutionary. Buy the whole thing! (unless you already have The Average)
Great EP :]
I was really excited for this to come out. When it was finally on iTunes, I bought it and began listening. There's a really good balance of alot of different styles. If you like to dance and party, check out "Emotion" and "Let it Go." They are slightly 3oh!3 esque (minus those retarded "crunk" lyrics), and all electronic. If you were more of a fan of older breathe electric stuff, check out "What Would You Say?" and an updated version of the hit, "The Average." Finally, if you are in the mood for a slightly more organic sound, "The Best of All" and "The Endless Fight" feature natural drums and guitar :] I am more than satisfied with this release! Keep it up Grant!
