Simply Sweet

The best are Obiero, Dala, Chiro, Ondiek, and Kothbiro. The others may take time getting adjusted to. Different cultures require open minds to their style of music. A Film called "War Dance" features two of his songs and it is a highly recommended album.

Bauntingly Beautiful..

Heard this song on the pilot episode of, The Philanthropist. I had to download it.. Just beautifu!!! I saw myself at sunset on the Serengeti! Oh how I wish!

Always been in my mind...

Oh wow!!! Finally it's all together! I happened across Kothbiro accidentally while downloading bootlegs mp3 at least 6 years ago. On the first listen, I was completely enchanted and couldn't help but listen over and over again. Since that beginning, I have been on a stop/start journey to piece this work with the artist and the album. Until now, many of the brand name music and international music stores did not carry this work or artist although other African artists could be found. And today as I cleaned up my harddrive, I thought I had lost it, but I see it now... found in iTunes. It's already in my cart!
