Great singable songs - very catchy
I don't know how I stumbled upon 'Conversation' - somehow it ended up in my CD player one day in my car and I got to know 'Conversation' & 'All in Time' by heart. The guitar hook in 'Conversation' is awesome. I also like the wordplay - 'winding my life and the weather through your coffee and your deep blue sea' - great stuff.
Smooth, Rich Vocals
Alicia Grant is truly a California singer with a World Class sound. A fact made abundantly clear on her self titled Demo CD, an upbeat pop/rock equation of vocals times lyrics, divided by music. With lyrical themes ranging from basic boy meets girl, to tangled life-strife, and fight for love, this impressive four track offering employs catchy songwriting, great musicality, smooth, rich vocals and finished production, elements usually left unanswered in a first release.
