Incredible

Years ago, at the ripe age of 16, I randomly found Busbee's music on MySpace. Enthralled by his remarkably honed pop sensibility, I formed a Busbee Street Team in Louisiana, trying to get the word out about a musician from California. I did my best, and he probably doesn't understand the kind of following he's got around here. The time has passed. Things like picking a college and traveling the world took hold of my time, and yet, along the way, so came Busbee. But we lost touch. Yet, last week, during a particularly difficult week of finals, I took a break to check his website. And there it was: a new EP featuring Busbee and someone new. I listened over the previews, but why? I knew that I would buy this. And it was worth it. So much that I paid twice its worth.
Do NOT pass up on this EP. From someone who has followed his work with a magnifying glass, this is far and away the best that I've heard. The feeling, production, and lyricism is the best yet. And the new collaboration adds a level of brilliant musicianship that has left me begging for an LP.
Thank you, Buz, for all that you've done. Please keep releasing. We'll keep listening.
Wow!

Like many, years ago, I used to be in The Blue Devils with Mike, never knew he knew more than playing a horn! A friend showed me his website as we are planning a BDB 91 reunion, and here is little Mike all grown up! Great music! Great video on the website, I downloaded it, my kids liked it! WTG Busbee!
