His Best Album!
This is the album I've been looking forward to hearing the most and boy does it deliver. Already, the latest efforts of Derek Trucks and Joe Bonamassa have set the table for what looks to be a great year for blues/rock. Aynsley, however, has practically redfined himself: New label (Manhaton), new manager (Alan Robinson), new bandmates - for both for the studio and touring and most importantly a different sound. The addition of Robbie McIntosh, John Mayer's slide guitarist, really brings out a sound not heard on previous albums, but make no mistake this is Aynsley's album and I believe it will be his breakthrough recording. Already one of England's most accomplished guitarists, I believe he's outdone his playing on this cd. And he did it without over playing his instrument. Great singing along with great song-writing is prevalent throughout. Give this album a listen - you won't be disappointed!
