An Album Dedicated to a Jazz Great
This album is dedicated to a true and recently passed away jazz great. Having received 11 Grammy nominations Frank Mantooth just passed away 4 years ago. He will be sorely missed by those of us who loved his work. Being an expert of Jazz Standards there is little doubt that his work will soon attain the status of the work he so keenly loved. The last track every time we say goodbye is the perfect one for any occasion that you have to say goodbye. Whether its to one dearly departed or just to one off on a tour of duty. These sweet and beautiful jazz numbers truly do honor to this man's great work. If you liked this one you should look at this one also by the USAF Academy band: West Point On The March
