Let's hear it for the boys
I have known Michael and the boys for many years. I really appreciate the scope of their albums; they aren't afraid to mix it up. Rock and roll, middle eastern, and plenty of great percussion. I look for variety in style, tempo, content and this album offers just that. If you like world music that's accessible to the Occidental taste, you'll enjoy this sampler tray of delectable tidbits. By the way, if you like the boys in the studio, you will love them live. They know how to get the audience out on the floor.
Eye on the World
Santana's Michael Shreive produced this album. Some truly excellent drumming. Rock, midde eastern, and ancient scottish??!! All very well produced and performed. Don't let the cheap cover fool you! This is one of the best Shrieve albums out there!
