Yes - DUB!!!
I love Dub, and it's cool to know that there are still some skillful practitioners of the genre. Even cooler to know that some of the best Dub these days is stateside. JohnStone's songs from Eyes Open, multilayered and well arranged, are perfect raw material for engineer/dub specialist Jim Fox. While all the dubs are solid, King Jah Jah Dub, Awakening Dub and Dub Rain really stand out on the album. IMHO they are every bit the equal of tracks from Dub greats such as Scientist, Lee 'Scratch' Perry, Mad Professor, Dennis Bovell et al. Highly reccommended.
