Inspiring and Important Music
Straight from the heart of those who have been to war, these songs have so much to offer. Not only are they really enjoyable to listen to -- with great melodies and fantastic musicians behind them, they are so powerful in what they reveal. No cliches here, no predictable endings, rather, they are fresh, honest and deeply human. A nice blend of female and male vocals, rowdy and stark, they tell the stories of what it is like to be the ones at home waiting for word after a crash; the ones who take the photos of war; the ones who survived bombings but show no visible scars; the ones gearing up to head out to battle... Each song so filled with love it is truly eye-opening, and necessary. We all have a lot to learn from these brave, honest veterans. Buy this CD, tell others, help this worthy cause.

This song really means a lot to Stacy. She lost a lot of friends in Iraq. She also designed the cover for this album.
