can't get enough of this record. hooks for days.
Undiscovered/unimaginable. Give this CD a listen!
"Farewell, My Sweet Alibi" huffs and puffs with a smokey voice and ebbs and flows like the albums used to. Not afraid to use the whole pop songwriting/production pallette each song moves the story further. Why has this album not hit radio? 1st track "Half Dollar" plays with the toys and tricks of people like Harry Nilsson and Jon Brion, dipping in and out of orchestrations and a double-tracked drum set. Too many goodies here to to discover in one listen. Keep it on, in, and turned up.
