Amazing album! The musicianship here is astounding! This will go down as one of the great albums of our generation!
Awesome Melodic Rock
Blessed By A Broken Heart (or merely Blessed) has accomplished a seemingly impossible feat. This young band, on their third album, Feel The Power (released today), has managed to capture the spirit of 80’s rock and deliver an album which should appeal to lovers of rock music both young, and well, not as young as they used to be.
Think an amalgamation of Dokken, Killswitch Engage, and Journey. I know. That shouldn’t work, but it does. Shredding guitars, melodic vocals, tight and fast rhythms, hooks for days, and and a more serious approach (as opposed to the more novelty approach on the last album) all combine to make a dream of an album for an 80’s music lover who also loves modern rock and metal.
