Step Back
Although I LOVE Wertz, I feel this song doesn't measure up to his While We're Becoming EP.
It's is, as most of his music, great summer road trip, windows down tunes but I felt this song is a bit immature.
Good yes, but I suppose I was expecting While We're Becoming caliber.
Easy on the ears, but...
Matt Wertz is seriously one of my favorites of all time - and I was disappointed with the over-produced feel of this song. :/ I hope the rest of the album returns to soulful metaphors and meaningfulness like songs in past albums.
