EXCELLENT! Didn't realize this CD was available outside of getting it through KCRW... I have been dying for Liza's remix of Eh Oh ever since I first heard it... SO glad it is a long remix, can't get enough of it! The other brilliant KCRW DJs do a great job bringing their own sound and influences to each song... as it is hard to improve upon the master Femi!
A true surprise, turn up your sound system!
It has been a while since I've listened to a song that completely blows me away, let alone three on the same album. I am a Femi fan and appreciate music created by certain DJ's, but Femi vs. KCRW Soundclash! has raised the bar. The tracks Eh Oh, Do You Know, and You Better Ask Yourself take beautiful moments created by the instruments, mix in some limited, but intense vocals from Femi into beat heavy songs. Best to enjoy with a good sound system!
