Album Review
Versaemerge's 2010 debut album, Fixed at Zero, finds the Florida rock outfit delivering a collection of driving and passionate emo-pop/rock. Featuring the vocals of Sierra Kusterbeck, Versaemerge will certainly draw some quick comparisons to such female-fronted contemporaries as Paramore and Evanescence. In that sense, such songs as "Figure It Out," "Stranger," "Your Own Lov.e.," and "Mythology" reveal the band's knack for yearning and powerful rock numbers. Similarly, the album's title track and "Fire," featuring added male vocals, are ear-grabbing numbers that should appeal to fans of anthemic modern rock.

COMPARAMORE?
"Versaemerge will certainly draw some quick comparisons to such female-fronted contemporaries as Paramore and Evanescence" I have heard peope compare these bands before and I don't understand it at all. The bands all have there own unique style. Hayley Williams and Sierra Kusterbeck sound nothing alike. Hayley has a very different sound, which is what makes paramore. But Sierra has a very talented voice along with great back up vocals by Blake Harnage to make Versaemerge enjoyable. If you're thinking this is going to be yet another paramore.. don't. Take it from someone who loves both of the bands.
GREATNESS
If You are a fan of Eisley, Circa Survive and Paramore you will love this band but dont think your listening to a Hayley Williams Rip off because you are not She is way far from it
