Alright, why hasn't anyone written a review of this cd yet? It's one of the world's greatest records. It is one of the great records to EVER come out of the Crescent City. In it's own way it's up there with Blond On Blonde, Kinda Blue, Beggars Banquet and a few handfulls of other classic albums. In other words, it's timeless, opens the door to a unique blend of music and allows others to follow, and is one of those few that you can come back to month after month and year after year and get energized, inspired, relaxed...just put in a positive mood. Music at its best

I heard Fiyo on the Bayou on WYEP while stuck in traffic today, Friday at 5:45 pm, sun roof open... an hour later i had that whole cd (and Yellow Moon) downloaded from iTunes...two great albums I had on cassette from way back. Boy, I really missed these tunes. Immediately added Fiyo and Sweet Honey Dripper to my Funk playlist. Fleury is right... this IS one of the great albums/cds whatever for the collection (don't forget Sticky Fingers, along with Beggers Banquet). Fiyo, Fire and Brimstone, Sweet Honey Dripper...wow
