Quality in a world so concerned with Quanity

i agree w/ the first review. I listened to their debut countless times and believe these gentelemen write wonderful pop/rock/dance/ballad/almost anytime/anywhere music. I am a fan of so many different styles of music and I find salvage in this ensembles' talent for genre multitasking skills. CHICAGO BANDS RULE!!!

I only heard of these guys about 7 months ago and OMG!!! They rock. I have probably listened to their debut album over a hundred times honestly. When I saw this patch of songs I was so pumped. They have a great unique sound that is just really relaxing to listen to without putting you to sleep. Buy this album if you are a The Changes fan.

The sweet and lush indie pop sounds of Chicago's the Changes formed around vocalist/guitarist Darren Spitzer, guitarist/vocalist David Rothblatt, bassist Rob Kallick, and drummer Jonny Basofin (everyone helps out on keys) in 2002. The following year they self-released two EPs, a self-titled one and First of May, to positive response; soon enough, the guys had themselves a nice little growing buzz, garnering high praise from critics and bloggers alike for their dynamic and melodic instincts.
