Whoohoo!

Whenever Bon iver takes the banjo out, the record is pure gold. i highly recommend downloading one if not both of the tracks on this EP.

Easy and quite pleasurable to get lost in this cover, a grateful six minutes and twenty seconds, so do the math, and figure it out, ninety nine cents for six minutes of Bon Iver with woven voices and banjo picks is but a small price to pay for such a great return.

New Bon Iver! Yay!

The Peter Gabriel song has been available for a while now, and it is good.
HOWEVER, the real attraction is a new Bon Iver recording. Not their best work, but a really good cover nonetheless. Highly recommended.

Justin Vernon began recording under the nom de band Bon Iver following the breakup of DeYarmond Edison, an indie folk group similar in tone and manner to Iron & Wine, Little Wings, and — to a certain extent — Bonnie "Prince" Billy. Vernon's solo project took DeYarmond Edison's introspective, folky sound and embellished it with squinchy, quirky orchestral touches that nodded to Sparklehorse and the drifty optimism of the Flaming Lips.
