I recently stumbled across The Waiting Kind while looking for another artist, but I didn't purchase the album. I receieved the email about the release of this new single, became curious, and picked up their release "In the Land of Hope". I must say, I was REALLY impressed. In a sea of mediocre, heard-that-before, music, The Waiting Kind is the bright orange life-raft of hope. The lyrics, the music, the composition, and most of all the PASSION that drives all of these things propel The Waiting Kind into unforgettabe status.
I would not only recommend this new single, and the mentioned album, but I would encourage you to pick it up. Please, support artists like this who are truly dedicated to their art, calling, and passion.
